Privacy statement

Uitleenklaar is a service of Klik&Shop, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) based at Paramaribohof 55, 2315 VW Leiden, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 98148362, VAT ID NL005310837B66. Contact: audit@taakloos.nl.

What data we process

Account details: email address, company name and an encrypted password.
Content you add yourself: checklist progress, notes and uploaded documents (these may contain personal data, for example in contracts or certificates of conduct).
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card or bank account numbers.

Why

To provide the service (legal basis: contract), to send reminders about expiring documents, and to meet our statutory (tax) retention obligations.

Retention

For as long as your account exists. After cancellation we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax purposes (7 years).

We (Klik&Shop, trading as Uitleenklaar, KvK 98148362) only send commercial email if you have given prior consent by ticking the box on one of our website forms. The box is unticked by default and is not required to receive the check or checklist. When you submit a form we record, as proof: whether you ticked the box, the time (ISO date and time), the page where you filled in the form, and the exact text and version of the consent statement. We keep this for as long as your consent applies, and afterwards for as long as needed to show that we followed the rules.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge: click the unsubscribe link in any email, reply "stop", or email audit@taakloos.nl. Your address is then added to our suppression list and you will receive no further commercial email from us.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or port your data by emailing audit@taakloos.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Our role for customer documents

For personal data of your employees in uploaded documents, Uitleenklaar acts as a processor. On request we will sign a data processing agreement with you via audit@taakloos.nl.
