Free Wtta readiness check

Are you ready for the Wtta? Answer the questions and get an instant score with concrete action points, based on the official requirements published on toelatinguitleenmarkt.nl (Dutch).

The Wtta is the Dutch law that makes admission mandatory for businesses that supply workers in the Netherlands, such as staffing agencies, secondment firms and payroll companies. Admission is granted by the NAU, the Dutch Labour Market Admission Authority.

Want to know whether a specific agency is admitted? Only the official registers can tell you. The NAU's public Wtta register is expected to list admitted agencies from 1 July 2027. Until then, the SNA register and the KvK Waadi check give an indication. Uitleenklaar does not search these registers itself. Learn more
